Welcome to Rickman Elementary School. My goal is to work with the Overton County School System in providing quality education, setting high expectations, and creating a caring community for all students.

At Rickman Elementary our staff is student-centered, caring, and motivated toward the success of all students. Our faculty believes that all children can be successful learners. The staff values working as a team with you and your children to help them achieve academically and develop individual strengths to their fullest potential. 

Children are the focus of our work. They are why we are here. They not only excel academically, but are also learning about respect, ethical values, and social skills, which we at Rickman Elementary School consider to be equally important. We strive to create an environment where students feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
