Important Information / Announcements

Please remember to check your child's take-home folder every evening for homework, graded papers, school reports, and/or important informational notes! *Remember if it is on the HOME side of student folder, you may take it out and leave at home. We do not need those things returned to school. If it is on the SCHOOL side, you may review it, but please return back to school. A lot of our work (specifically morning work assignments) are revisited in the same packet of paperwork daily.  

Please stay connected with notifications from our School Messenger App. This is how our school and district personnel communicate the latest updates and information as far as school closings, bus route changes, county-wide events, etc. If you wish to enroll, please see our front office staff. 

Students recently completed the Winter AimsWeb benchmark assessment. They also received report cards for the 2nd Nine-Week period. Please be on the lookout in your child's folder for these reports. Please sign and return them to your child's homeroom teacher.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ASSESSMENT INDICATING YOUR CHILD'S MASTERY OF STANDARDS COVERED THUS FAR IN THIRD GRADE. IT IS ALSO AN IMPORTANT INDICATOR OF TN-READY PREPAREDNESS. PLEASE EMPHASIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ASSESSMENT.
