We had a special visitor today! Mr. Mike came to visit our Rickman family. He surprised the staff with his presence and donuts. Mr. Mike and RES want to thank each and every family that donated to his medical bills. Because of you all, we raised $2,800 for Mr. Mike. We are so grateful for our families and community! 💜💛

We had 2 special visitors at Rickman recently. David and Eleanor York have a love for fossil hunting and were able to share their vast knowledge with our 5th grade students. The Megalodon tooth was amazing! Thank you to the Yorks for taking time to visit and for the shark tooth souvenirs they gave each student.
Monday is the Bulldog Blitz. Please dress students in comfortable shoes for running/walking and apply sunscreen if you wish. Students may bring money for the dunk tank and concessions if they want. There will be a food truck for adults only. If you plan on attending, please bring your driver's license to sign in at the gym entrance.
Today, our 4th grade participated in Farm Safety Day! They learned about fire safety, first aide, farm equipment safety, and much more. Thanks to all the volunteers and sponsors for hosting this day for our 4th graders. 💜✨
Ridley Pearson, the author of the Kingdom Keepers series, Lock and Key series, Magical Map series, Peter and the Star Catchers, and Super Sons series virtually visited 6th grade during Encore. All 6th grade students attentively listened to him speak on how he wrote the Kingdom Keeper, Magical Map, and Lock and Key series. They had amazing questions for him and enjoyed the time with him.
