Overton County Schools is adding an extra layer of security to protect your child’s information. Beginning this spring, all FinalForms accounts will use multi factor authentication (MFA). This means that after entering your password, you’ll also enter a quick verification code sent to your email or phone. It’s a simple step that helps keep student data safe. The 2026–2027 FinalForms platform will open on April 15, 2026. Families can begin updating student information, completing annual forms, and signing required documents at that time. Most information will automatically carry over from last year, so the process should be quick and easy. We appreciate your partnership in keeping our schools and student information secure as we prepare for the upcoming school year.

Our clothing closet is in need of a few items to get us through the remainder of the year. If you would like to donate any of these items, we would greatly appreciate them! We prefer new or gently used items. Thank you to everyone that came out and supported Rickman Elementary School at McDonald's Night! Thanks to all your support, we broke the record that we set last year for most sales. The 8th grade Faculty ballgame is still scheduled for tomorrow. Students will receive admission, popcorn, and water for $3 💜💛

Rickman Elementary will be back to in-person instruction and on a normal schedule for tomorrow April 2, 2026.

Congratulations to our very own, Mrs. Lynn Jolley! She was rewarded Rotary Teacher of the Year!! Mrs. Jolley is one of our amazing Kindergarten teachers. She puts all of her love and passion into her students. We are so grateful to have Mrs. Jolley at Rickman. 💜💛

Our 5th grade students, in Mrs. Brueckner’s Science class, wrapped up their Solar System unit by making galaxy jars. Galaxy jars model the swirling gas, dust, and stars found in real galaxies using simple materials like water, cotton, paint, and glitter. 🌎🪐
